To ensure a robust and diversified module supply, Espressif has qualified the upgraded flash from the same manufacturer on ESP32-C3 series of chips. Therefore, the upgraded flash will be introduced as the new alternative source for product listed in Para 1. 2) To improve the data securi t y o f t h e f lash i n t e g r a t e d i n the ESP32-C3FH4X package, the pin definitions of ESP32-C3FH4X have been updated. 3. 变更描述/ Description of Change 1） ESP32-C3FH4X 内置 flash 物料更新。 2） ESP32-C3FH4X 产品的管脚定义更新，将 flash 所用到的 SPI pin 直接在封装内部和 ESP32-C3 主芯片相连，不再引出到封装 pin 上，从物理上隔断了外部操作合封 flash 的可能性，具体管脚定义变更请见 Para 4. 变更对比。 1) The flash integrated in the ESP32-C3FH4X package will be updated. 2) The pin definitions of ESP32-C3FH4X have been updated by not breaking out the SPI pins used for in-package flash, to physically prevent external manipulation of the in-package flash. Customers using the updated products should refer to the latest datasheet (with updated pin definitions) for proper use. If you have a requirement for a higher flash clock frequency of 120 MHz or if you need the flash auto suspend feature, please contact us. The updated flash supports the auto suspend feature. The corresponding ESP-IDF versions are listed below. Contact us if you need the feature.
